I took my sister to get her eyebrows done and Emma I was told is the manager there. Her and the other receptionist kept laughing and looking at me and my sister made me very uncomfortable. I went back that following Saturday for a Brazilian wax. She didn’t check me in another lady did. The waxing itself was amazing. It was my first time and Stephanie was in training so her trainer was there. She walked me through the process and explained everything. When I finished and was going to buy a recommended product Emma didn’t acknowledge me or check me out. Another lady did. It wasn’t welcoming.

Emma (the manager) has absolutely 0 communication skills & 0 manners. It was my first time experience at this place & I booked for two full areas. I checked in with Emma, and was sent to the room where Yasmin was. I came to the room, and I was told by Yasmin that she was only doing one area. It was not communicated to me by Emma that I would have two different sessions with two different ladies that day. Yasmin did a great job & was super nice. She is not the one to blame in this situation bc she did try to fulfill my needs. I insisted that she covers another area & she started to bc she felt bad. It was not her fault, bc it wasn’t communicated to me by the lady checking me in (Emma).
