I was in a rush that day and didn’t have high expectations going in but was pleasantly surprised. The stylist was quirky and chatty, but was very attentive and knowledgeable about my hair type. She listened to what I wanted and did a dry cut and explained what she was doing and why. Great experience overall and great price too!

Shannon is wonderful. Stopped in for a haircut last Thursday. My hair was in desperate need of cutting, after not cutting for over a year. Erica is such a sweetie. She did everything in my book that a professional hairstylist should do. She was on time for our appointment, she was friendly, didn’t reak of cigarettes, carried on conversation with me. She was positive, made sure I was covered properly so that I wouldn’t get hair in my eyes or water on my back and ears. She was gentle, never hurting or burning me. I told her my hair was hard to turn. She did it perfectly. I was amazed. Good ones like this are hard to find. She’s definitely my favorite. Thank you Erica.

I got my hair done last Friday. She was very nice. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted but she assured me that if I didn’t like it she would fix it. I got highlights and a all over color. After she started drying it she said it didn’t turn out the way she would’ve liked but still it wasn’t a problem she could fix it. I told her I didn’t like it a t all.. She put me down for a redo the following week. After paying $179 the district manager called and told me I got what I paid for and if I wanted it redone I would have to pay all over again. The highlights are way too chunky and nothing about my hair looks good. I am very upset that she told me the whole time she could fix it if it didn’t turn out well and then was told there’s nothing they could do after paying $179

Savannah is truly one of the greatest people I’ve ever had cut my hair. Not once in my life have I had someone I consistently go back to-except for Savannah. She helped me take care of my long hair and was there for me the day i was ready to cut 8 inches off. She is an amazing hairstylist. I’ve watched her manage her team in an efficient and positive way. She never has a bad word to say about anyone or anything. Savannah works SO hard for her people and I see her working every time I’m in Walmart. Been going there for around 3 years now. Pretty much the pace to go for my hair needs and I’m a picky one for sure. The staff is great and always right on top of my hair needs. Never shy to try something need and give good tips on how to keep up on my hair needs.
