I was surprised how nice this place was. It’s a very calm environment and very clean. The staff communicates very well on what you want and what to expect with your lashes. It was actually very relaxing I’ll definitely go back again just to get away from my children for an hour

I drive 40 min to get my lashes done here every 3/4 weeks! They are professional, walk you through on what style you’re going for but give honest advice on whats best for the current state of your lashes/amount of lashes you have. Retention of my lashes is great and they provide you with all the info you need on caring for them! Very easy to make appointments.. I will always recommend this place:)

Very calm and relaxing and my lash tech was soooo fast! Under an hour which is impressive. Let me just start off by saying I’ve gotten lashes done somewhere else and they were thick, felt fake, and heavy on my eyelids. Not to mention I opened my eyes to burning and had burning everyday. Found this place on Google. It was my first time getting my lashes done. I got them done for a wedding At first it was overwhelming on what to get meaning with the size, length etc.. But over all my lashes came out very natural and I was pleased…. It lasted over a month until they started falling out. I was surprised it lasted that long considering I washed my face, hair, and was slept with a sleeping mask (which I don’t recommend). But if you are looking for a place to do your lashes I highly recommend. Place is very clean and they are nice.

I purchased a Groupon for my first time use. The experience was great. Friendly employees. Very relaxing.. I think I fell asleep. Lol. I will definitely be returning as a customer and I will probably go a little more dramatic since it was my first time. She did a great job. Wish I got her name.

Wonderful and relaxing experience. I LOVE not having to wear mascara and am excited to see how long the lashes stay on. I was told 2-3 weeks and to use oil free makeup remover, and do not use any mascara whatsoever. These ladies really gave me a lovely relaxing and informative explanation of all of their services and which lashes would work best for me. They really are fantastic, accommodating and I felt very confident and happy when I left. I have been going through a rough time and they really made my day! I will be back!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismShe made an appointment over the phone and when I got there she asked to see my drivers license before she can do my eyelashes.Not to mention after I stepped in there wasn’t even one customer there.Got home and my throat started hurting and they had a temperature reader and it wasn’t being utilized upon entry!Good that the owner was very invasive and rude since I’m sure if I stayed longer I’d have caught covid on my way home.Just not worth it and telling the owner she hadn’t the right to ask me for a government issued ID, just to get my lashes done. I did the 50 lashes on each eye and actually fell asleep during the procedure. They recommend getting a fill after 2 weeks but for me they lasted over 3 weeks with only a very few falling out. I just came back from getting them removed only because for me I felt it difficult to wash my face and remove make up with them. But I wanted to write a review and say that I highly recommend Cozy Lash to anyone and when I’m ready to have them again and/or for a special occasion I am definitely going to return to them.
