She put all my anxieties to rest before she started cutting my hair. I had my daughter’s wedding in 2 weeks I knew the long asymmetrical bob is the look I was aiming for. I finally met with the hairstylist I wanted and needed for a specific cut. Jill inquired as to how much I wanted cut. She put all my anxieties to rest before she started cutting my hair. I had my daughter’s wedding in 2 weeks I knew the long asymmetrical bob is the look I was aiming for. I relaxed completely and she cut my hair to perfection. Critical: Quality, ValueTook my son and myself in for a haircut last night. The stylist was sweet, but completely refused to cut my hair or his the way that I asked. She was the only one in the shop and clearly did not know how to do any layering because she absolutely would not, no matter how much I said it needed done. I now have to go somewhere else and pay for another haircut to get the haircut that I actually asked for. Friendly staff and could do simple cuts. But, unless you’re going in for a buzz, or a cut that is just straight across with no styling, don’t go.Took my son and myself in for a haircut last night. Took my son and myself in for a haircut last night. The stylist was sweet, but completely refused to cut my hair or his the way that I asked. She was the only one in the shop and clearly did not know how to do any layering because she absolutely would not, no matter how much I said it needed done. Critical: Professionalism, ValueWent in with 45 min left till close and was turned away as a walk in because they said their online was backed up. There was 2 names on the screen. I get a 1 all over would have taken 5 min. Turning away paying customers, not good business.
