Was not happy at all. I took my two young sisters there for their first professional manicure. One wanted ghosts and the other wanted a simple design. The nail tech told the on who wanted ghosts that her nails were too small so he did his own thing with the ghosts. When she was done they didn’t even look like ghosts and she was incredibly upset so I asked if they could redo them and the nail tech said why did I show him the picture before. So basically I was in the wrong for wanting to have them redone for her. The other one wanted a simple gel manicure with white lines on her nails. The lines weren’t even and they looked very sloppy. On our way home one of her nails peeled off. For my self, I got acrylics. My design was a little simple just with lines. The lines looks messy and overall I was very unhappy with my experience there.

I’ve never had a bad experience getting my nails done here. Today was a huge disappointment. Chanly was my nail tech, I’ve had her before and she did a great job. Today I felt rushed and not taken care of. My nails are uneven, and I told her multiple of times that one was pointy and not round. Some of my nails are square/round and some are round. Also, from my previous appointment (there) I had SNS, there was still powder on my nails that I told her about and she just said it was my nail peeling. It was NOT my nails. I got to the point I gave up on asking her to fix them. Never coming back!!

the only problem i really had was that i asked for regular polish and got gel without me realizing until she cured my nails under a uv light. i had less cash on me than i needed to pay and had to have someone bring me the last few bucks. the work was fine, my pinkie nails were two different lengths. other than that good service Foot massages, Nail art, Dip powder, Gel manicures, Acrylic nails, Manicure, Pedicure

never again. she made my acrylics too thin and they have snapped off too easily within the 2nd day, and my other nails are coming up off my nail from my nail bed, and the service was iffy, didn’t communicate or even try and make my visit comforting, and used the wrong colors i asked for! my nails are also wonky, she didn’t make the acrylic flat, my nail is bumpy. i only got one hand pink & one hand black, and it was still badly messed up, wouldn’t recommend.

Went there today to get my toes done. When I first walked in the place was really clean,the employees where amazing and very nice. My grandma and husband had never had their toes done before they took very good care of her. I will definitely be going back. The employees talked to you and make u feel at home. Anna took care to guide me through the process of picking colors/designs that I would like, without pushing products or services just for the sake of an increased price. The day before I went back for a fill in, my nail broke off, but working in customer service, I expected this. Anna soaked off my old set, meticulously worked to match my color choices and add embellishments to complete my set. I’m going for a fill in this week and other than regrowth, my nails are still perfect! I absolutely love coming here, as everyone has been nice, but Anna takes care to remember you as both a person and a client. She asked me about things I had mentioned in my first visit with her that I didn’t expect her to remember. My first time here, I was trying to find a new nail place sense I’m new to the area. There is nothing too special about it. I always do my research before hand and look at prices, how well the work is etc. And I don’t care about spending the money when it’s worth it. But I asked for a regular full set. And at check out the women says $62 I was in total shock I didn’t get anything special no design no massage no fancy shape. Just one color acrylic nails. That’s just ridiculous. I walked out spending $70+ (with tip) for a regular set…… The lady who did my nails was nice but I will not be going back. If it’s $60 for a regular set then they need to update their website.
