I had been going to another nail salon but always had to wait 30-45 mins and by time I left, my total time was 1 1/2 hrs. And often times, they only had couple techs that did nails and rest just did pedicures. I switched to Deluxe few months ago and always a drop in but I got helped immediately. I went yesterday and met Anna and it was her first week as new manager. She already has customers from other salon following her to Deluxe. Anna is lovely and I am sure she will make great improvements and everyone will start coming here. I expect the salon will be so busy, I may have to start making appointments.

Anna is my favorite nail tech and is also the new owner! She has really changed the atmosphere of the salon and made it so beautiful. I just posted a picture of the purple glitter nails with snowflakes I had done in December ‘22 by Anna and I absolutely LOVED them!! Heading back today to get my vacation nails!! If I could leave a zero star I definitely would!I got my nails done a few days ago and they started to turn purple the lady I had was very nice but she filed it way to low and filed my real nail! I was very unhappy with this and I can’t believe someone so nice would do this! Now my nails are purple and red and I will NEVER I MEAN EVER be coming back to this place! Very unprofessional

Today was first and sadly my last visit. The guy who did my nails did not do a good job. I understand we all have off days but dang. You can see my previous nail color under the nails I got done and they are very humpy. He was very unaware of the drill and it was very uncomfortable. When I pointed out the humps and old color he just tried to use a nail file to fix it. I eventually told him that it was fine and he soaked my hands in cuticle oil and took the towel so I couldn’t wipe it off. Thankfully I keep napkins in my car. All in all was less than impressed.
