Nasty to my son. They refused to give him a quick buzz cut because they said they were booked. Let’s be real, it takes 5 minutes to do a buzz cut. They just didn’t feel like it. Don’t advertise walk-in is welcome when you don’t take walk-ins.

Ima just start off here. Best place ever! I had “Lisa” as my stylist and she was absolutely talented. She knew what she was doing and she made my day with her bubbly personality. I’ve had trouble finding places but the place is so clean and full of positivity. They make sure what you want, is what you get. I got long layers and face framing and showed her a picture. She did exactly what the girl in the picture had. Thank you Lisa if you ever see this. But for anyone reading this, this is definitely you’re new place and go get a haircut 🙂 ~ alycia

One swipe for service fee on one device followed by a separate swipe on another machine for the tip. Then the tip receipt was emailed to a family member not even linked with my card and after inquiries to Tippy still not sure why. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to Holiday Hair Coopersburg because it was on my way home from work I wasn’t expecting much because I was a walk-in and wanted to try to get a perm without calling ahead for an appointment because I never know how I’m going to feel after working all night. Since I needed badly to get my hair under control, I but it couldn’t hurt to ask if they had any time available. There was only one customer in the shop when I walked in at 10 a.m. but I found out shortly after that there was very little staff at that time. I was able to make an appointment with less than an hour wait. I had just enough time to get a bite to eat , a big slice of pizza at Carlos Pizza right next door since I was starved after work . I returned at 11 a.m. and that place was alive with customers and attentive staff who seemed down-to-earth, and professional. I had a stylist named Jacqueline who was very friendly , and a skilled stylist. She was full of life yet , confident and professional. I was very pleased with the perm and the trim. I went to Holiday Hair Coopersburg because it was on my way home from work I wasn’t expecting much because I was a walk-in and wanted to try to get a perm without calling ahead for an appointment because I never know how I’m going to feel after working all night. Hair cut was great. Only took 10 minuets. Was charged 25 dollars. Why are they so expensive ? That is too expensive for a quick cut, no washing needed. No wonder they are losing business. I doubt if i will go back. Haircut

I brought my daughter in for a simple hair cut. I just wanted her hair cut to her shoulder. The stylist did that, but then cut layers into her hair. Not her hair looks uneven and sloppy. She is 7 y/o…..I would have to style it everyday for it to look remotely good. Not something a 7 y/o should have to worry about. She gets frustrated that it keeps falling in her face. This is not the first uneven and bad haircut we have had here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt before, but not again. I am done going to this place.
