Absolutely loved it. I was a little frustrated and cut my own hair, I desperately needed a haircut. They got me in a short time later and everyone there was friendly. My first impression, I was greeted with a smile that made me feel comfortable. Karen took wonderful care of me, conversation was nice as she tried to get to know me, excellent shampoo massage, beautiful easy haircut and a great brow wax to boot.
