Positive: ProfessionalismI originally posted a really good review and I’ve only seen Sarah and Katie. I’ve only seen Sarah once however Katie is my normal stylist, or was.She must have some severe mental health issues or something because she gave me her Salon card and we have always had a good client/stylist relationship or however you want to put it but one day I came in because I planned on getting dreadlocks and I had Katie part and section my hair.She did a good job and they were really even but I had her make them way too big.She also gives me her business card that day and a few days later I text her asking if I could pay her again to help me fix some of these sections and I made it clear to her that it was my fault I had her make them too big.She sends me some snotty reply ” you can’t do it yourself if so I’ll text you tomorrow”.She never texted me and when I tried texting and calling her 3 days later she had blocked my number.Me and Katie always had good talks when I was in the salon and I don’t know what her deal is but after I said that she blocked me.I’m also giving a one-star review because of the way Salon Bella Vita handled the situation or lack thereof I should say.While Katie is a good hair stylist I don’t recommend you go to her that was just way too weird and awkward as well as ridiculously unprofessional on her part.I originally posted a really good review and I’ve only seen Sarah and Katie. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuebefore and after- I Looked high and low after moving to the area. I was extraordinarily pleased and I wasn’t held at the salon hostage all afternoon (other stylist overbook) and I didn’t break the bank,and the cut and color exceed my expectations Fara did a fantastic job!!Services: Haircut, Hair coloring, Hairstyling

Everyone was friendly. They took me in right away! I had the pleasure of meeting Katie. She is the guru of hair coloring and style! I was so impressed by her! But above all, she knew what I wanted in terms of color and style. I will always go to Katie because her kindness and experience made me feel at ease. I am so happy I found Bella Vita! This was my first visit to the salon. When I walked in, they were so kind and attentive. Everyone was friendly. They took me in right away! I had the pleasure of meeting Katie. She is the guru of hair coloring and style! I was so impressed by her! But above all, she knew what I wanted in terms of color and style. I will always go to Katie because her kindness and experience made me feel at ease. What a wonderful experience!!
