Got a haircut two days ago, and this is the result. It is too short (bald spot) on each side, shorter on the left side. Did not know about it until I got home and was pointed out to me. We called and spoke to the manager, was not the least bit interested and really unconcerned. Would have been somewhat pleased if we at least got an apology, but we did not even get that. Will never return to Great Clips again. Even sent a customer service email, since that’s what Great Clips replies with, and never heard back from them either.
