Worst salon I’ve ever been to. The guy who did my pedicure was rude and unfriendly and did a terrible job. He acted like he was doing me a favor! The place is not friendly and welcoming. I had to get touchups twice before I even left the salon!

I am so amazed I haven’t even left the parking lot before I wrote this! I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this is hands down the best place I’ve ever been. So inviting and relaxing and the staff is hands down the best. I got a full set SNS and I’m literally SHOCKED at how perfect they are. Not too thick not too thin and perfectly symmetrical. I got a pedicure with the hot towels….. pure heaven! And the prices are well within the norm. I actually feel like my services should have been more expensive lol Megan and Harry made me feel like a whole new person and I left with a huge smile 10/10 will be going nowhere but here from now on

Went in for my appointment and when i tried to explain how to shape my nails (short and square, very standard) the nail tech told me “no”. I showed him a picture and he still said “no”. The manager came over and told me that this nail tech is their best and that i need to just “let him do his job”. When i explained to her what I wanted and that i was feeling uncomfortable because everyone seemed to be frustrated with me she said “whatever” and walked away.

I want to start off by saying this an amazing place to receive any kind of nail or hair treatment. I have been coming here for a very long time now. While I was getting my hair done there was a lady there getting her nails done and I feel compelled to put the truth out there since she posted a horrible review about her experience. She was asking the nail technician how she wanted her nail shaped and she kept yelling at him that he wasn’t doing it right. And he very nicely told her he didnt understand what she wanted. At that point another nail tech went over there and asked her what exactly did she want and even that nail tech couldn’t understand what she wanted. That client was getting so upset the manager got involved and she nicely told the lady that he is one of the best and that he is trying very hard to give you what you want. The lady raised her voice with her. This lady was causing such a ruckus the whole salon was just in awe of her behavior. After a 1 hour and 30 minutes her nails were done. She was schedule for a pedicure afterwards but since her nail appointment took so long the technician didnt have time to perform the whole service the manager told her she could only get a polish change and she became irrate again. The manager told her the technician had another appointment after her and he couldn’t be an hour late for. That its best to reschedule the pedicure. But she went on and on about not having anything done in 2years because of having kids at home. Im sorry but this lady feels like she is entiled to treat people a certain way just because she is on vacation and just had a baby. I hope whoever reads the reviews will discard her review. Again this is an amazing place. With a million dollar view. Her review should be below.

The gel mani was perfect, no extra filing down, and thin layers of polish so you don’t have that “thick” look. Great selection of colors as well. Plexiglass dividers at the mani station and they left a chair open between the pedi stations. I would say good/moderate Covid protocols (I come from DC where things/people are stricter) however everyone was wearing masks and keeping distance as best they could. The pedicure chairs and manicure stations face the water and marina so you can sit back and enjoy a great view with your nail services.
