TAYLOR IS AWESOME!! I am pretty new to the process of getting lash extensions. I found Taylor through a a Google search for salons near me. I did not know what to expect when I inquired about her services after calling numerous salons that didn’t have any available appointments or time to help me understand why they cost so much. Taylor was the absolute epitome of excellent customer service. She was so polite and accommodating of my questions about eyelash extensions explaining in detail the differences and how the extensions support natural eyelash growth and shedding. She did all that without me even booking an appointment with her. I was just a cold caller. She was able to book me for an appointment that same evening. Her in person service, cleanliness, and lash application was equally as wonderful as our phone conversation. She offered me a discount because I was new customer but I insisted on paying her the full price because her customer service was so over the top awesome. If you need to get your eyelash extensions done see Taylor Copper for service that is worth every dollar.
