From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. I had an appointment scheduled at 11:30am and she didn’t start working on my hair til 1 o’clock. That’s a whole hour and 1/2 later. While I was waiting, instead of getting started on my hair she started eating taking her precious time. Mid-way when she was working on my hair, she told me to move for “5 minutes” so she can work on another lady’s hair instead. To me it seemed like because she knew the other person, she was paying more attention to her hair. Not only that, it wasn’t 5 minutes, it was 15 extra minutes I had to wait for her to finish the other person’s hair. This happened at least 3 times mind you. I wasn’t a fan of her attitude, she wasn’t friendly whatsoever. She also was rough and aggressive with my hair and didn’t even apologize when I would tell her she was hurting me. In the end, she didn’t even get the correct shade that I showed her and just decided to do her own twist which was not what I wanted. I regret coming here and wasting my time and money. Throughout the whole 8hr+ process not once was I offered a drink or a snack. I did not feel welcomed or wanted in that salon. Do not come here at all!!!!!!!!

Staff is rude and don’t cooperate with people who want their hair done. All I wanted was to get all my hair dyed and me pay the hair stylist $$$ but appearanrtly the hair stylists at this salon are unprofessional. The barber they have there even offered me to shave my hair when my purpose was to get my hair dyed not shaved. Wow. Well this is not the only salon in Houston so what ever, no wonder they rarely have any customers. I expected better. I hope the staff of this place improved.

Always does the crazy hair styles that I want, and they always come out looking just the way I want them! I highly recommend that you set up an appointment before coming in because this stylist is amazing and doing hair does take time, so give them a call and set your appointment up!
