NEGATIVE 5 STARRS went in for a trim and consult about what I had and what I wanted ( color not cut) so my hair was beautiful red and down to my butt. I asked for a trim, and asked if she could do this far pic on right. With confidence Julia said she could, well you see what i got. I was so upset, she argued with me telling me my hair was NOT black and kept telling me the amount of work she did. Plus she showed me the swatch of color she used, I told her 20 timed regardless of what swatch color you used this is the color I got. And I was covered in hair dye, like my neck, ears and face. She was so rude when I asked her to remove it. Who treats their customers like that?? Oh Julia does, I have no idea how she is in business and has 4.7 stars. Not once did she apologize… and 5 days later I still have dye in my ears and forehead I went to Sallys to buy hair dye remover but its black and hard to get off. $315 for a single process color and crooked chopped off haircut. She should be ashamed of herself.

The owner Julia did a great job on my hair. She was able to hilite my brown hair with a nice color blonde which is difficult for most because it will come out a brassy color. She is one you can trust with your coloring! She also cut my hair and daughter’s hair very nicely.

Worst hair cut and color I have EVER had. I should have walked out when it was empty inside and she was dyeing her own hair. I showed her a picture of DARK BROWN hair and told her i wanted dark brown with a slight purple undertone… My hair is almost Crimson red. Not to mention I wanted an angled bob that i could side part if i wanted to. She said “you want it symmetrical?” Yes i do. She cut one side super short and spikey and one side shorter than chin length. I made her go back and fix the other side, which she seemed annoyed at. My hair is so short i can’t even tuck it behind my ears. It looks awful. I had to get it fixed and evened. Not to mention I am going to have to get it redyed to fix it. Will NEVER be back.. and I will make sure EVERYONE i know knows how awful this place is.
