I love Aspire nails in Marina. I have been coming here for the past 8 years. They are always so friendly and make me feel at home. I drive from Salinas over here. These ladies are very talented and don’t rush you out. The salon is very clean and I know the ladies take pride in that.

Critical: ProfessionalismI always loved coming to this place. Lila, Vicky, and Ha are always great. Came in for a powder dip mani and gel pedi for Mother’s day. Gel pedicure was good as always by Vicky. There was a customer for eyebrows who was asked to wash hands but she refused to and prefers to use hand sanitizer. Van who was doing a manicure unprofessionally mocked on the customer and rudely said “I guess not everybody likes water”, customer didn’t hear it but I thought it was rude as other customers heard it. Now it’s time for my mani, I have old powder dip nails and I want to switch color. Van told me if she puts gel color over my filled powder dip it might come out different color. I said “whatever she thinks is better”. Then gives me option if I want to re-do my nails with a different powder dip or fill and put gel over it. I said I don’t mind redoing my nails as she was suggesting that it’s gonna come out with a different color. She then grabs a nail cutter and tries to cut my natural long nails. I said I wanna keep my length and with attitude she said “It’s gonna take longer”. Then I got frustrated and asked “It’s fine if you can’t do it” since she’s been giving me attitude the whole entire time. She even acknowledge and said “I know you always get your nails done here”, and that’s how she treats a loyal customer. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. She freakin’ made me cry due to frustration on a MOTHER’S DAY where you look forward to having your own time and enjoy yourself. She ended up doing my nails, left a decent tip despite of the rudeness. They destroyed my nail bed and now my both my big toes are completely black!!! My nails are literally about to fall off. DONT GO HERE.
