So I just want to give a uplifting review about this particular great clips but even more so about a particular stylist. Winters cut my oldest hair today and I’m embarrassed to say it but he had a few rude comments, and I scolded him but she remained professional and did a wonderful job. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the way she remained composed despite how she was treated. Thank you.

I was so pleased with the ladies that cut my childrens hair age 5 age almost 2 year old and very blessed with the other ladies as well the one that cut my daughter’s did amazing she cut alot from my daughters cause thats what my baby wanted done so i was almost in tears she put it in a pony tail and cut it and let me keep it which i thought was so sweet of her to do she was very professional and was super sweet to my daughter then the sweet lady that cut my sons was awesome to he nornally does very good when getting his hair cut but for some reason he was a little fussy and wasnt having it she was calm and played with him gave him suckers and did everything she could to come him as well as the other sweet ladies there but both of my babys walked put with exactly what we wanted and asked for i definitely will be going back ❤️

Critical: QualityVery dissatisfied with the haircut I received today. I told the stylist I wanted a shoulder length cut and to make sure I was able to pull it back into a ponytail. Pretty simple. After commenting on my naturally curly/wavy hair she proceeded to tell me how the cut ended up much shorter than she expected once the weight of my hair was gone. It turned out MUCH shorter than what I asked for. I can barely pull my hair back into a half -up ponytail and it lays at the level of my chin! Honestly, I am really upset at the way my hair looks and I should have asked for my money back. Love this place. Do the check in show up and get a cut. I’ve rarely had to wait using check in and if I did wait it wasn’t long at all. I have a 5, 10, and 11 year old and they do great with them especially with the 5 year old and I promise you he is very active.
