The place is pristine and the staff treats you with loving care. I enjoyed the soft comfy blanket to cover my legs and the bin to place my items while they worked. I purchased a voucher for eyelash extensions through Livingsocial. The voucher is for a full set of “Natural Mink” lashes. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it would be an additional $20 for real mink lashes. When I showed her the voucher that clearly states Natural Mink Lashes, she said, “that is for our store mink”. When she had me feel the difference between the two, the store mink was clearly an artificial synthetic material. I feel this is a case of false advertising and an example of a bait & switch tactic. I did not have the procedure done and I am now trying to get my money back from Livingsocial.
