First time at this salon for a color I I was so disappointed in the color I ended up with. It was supposed to be a cooler blonde, ended up super brassy. I was given some blue shampoo to help when I left. It did not. I was embarrassed to go to work it was so bad, basically orange. I called the salon and asked if the hairdresser could fix my hair because it was awful and not what I wanted. I was polite about it and said there must have been some kind of miscommunication (I did show her a photo of what I wanted). My hair had zero dye in it so maybe my undertones had some red in it. I am not sure. The hairdresser would not fix my hair, so another hairdresser was kind enough to fix it for me. While there, the original hairdresser was there. She didn’t apologize and made it ackward. I was charged for the correction, which I understand. But the salon should have made it right. The color and correction cost me well over $260. The hairdresser that did fix my hair did an amazing job and was very happy but the whole situation left a bad impression.

Loved the overall feel of the salon when walking in. Have to say it was the first time I visited a salon and didn’t feel super anxious. I went to Samantha for a curly hair cut and it turned out amazing!! My girlfriend had her hair clipper cut by Ashton, who also did a great job. Definitely recommend.

The absolute best salon. First time ever getting my hair colored and it was a supreme experience. Super cute aesthetic inside and all the girls who work there are real nice and professional. They are the best in the area when it comes to hair. They know their stuff like no on else! You have to stop in next time you need something done. I guarantee it will be the best hair service you’ve ever had.
