I had previously rated this location 5 stars. It is just so hit or miss with stylists. I take my son to get his hair cut here. The last visit we had, wait time was fine as we checked in online. My son didn’t ask for anything new or different, just what he always gets. The stylist checked the notes and asked if he wanted the same thing. He confirmed. My poor kiddo looks like Lloyd Christmas from Dumb and Dumber, crooked bangs and all. I hope it grows out in time for school pictures

They must have changed ownership recently. Used to always get good haircuts here, but the last two times Ive been Ive had the worst cuts of my life. Last time she didnt even bother to use scissors on top, just hacked it up with the clippers and my wife spent an hour trimming at home to get it even. Wasnt even close to being symmetrical and it was pretty clear she didnt care about her job. Time before that the guy didnt speak any english and just gave me a buzz cut.

Was very busy on a Saturday with only 2 workers. Haircut was good but definitely felt rushed as my stylist was trying to get through as many people as he could as fast as he could. Would appreciate spending a little bit longer with current customer versus rushing to the next. Also at the end of cut, stylist recommended a hair product then just grabbed off shelf to ring up without asking if I wanted to purchase or not. Wasn’t a huge fan of that. All in all a decent haircut and experience for $20. Get what you pay for I guess.

Tried to get in last week, 2 hour wait, so tried a different day, better luck. Stylist did my hair like I asked, then proceeded to blow dry and straighten my hair, which I did not ask for. Staff is friendly there, just wish they asked me before changing my hair style that I didn’t want.

I was lucky enough to stumble on Dan! I mean he’s the best. Now his sister, she’s not really his sister but I like to call her that, I think it’s Michelle but not sure, is also really good. I usually try and get in first thing on Saturday because both of them are there. Really great haircut. Dan’s the man. He has probably been there for 10 years or so. A special talent for sure.
