Her artwork is amazing, it doesn’t take all day like some places, and her new place is classy, clean and OnPoint. also she’s very down to earth and funny which makes your time there go by very quickly. She communicates thoroughly making sure she is giving me exactly what I want each time because I like to switch it up with lots of details. My nails have never looked better! I also like how she is continually using opportunities to train her staff because I also get to learn things I’d never known before. I have always heard of people having “their nail place”: well now I have mine! I just love Nichelle‘s work! The salon is brand new, very clean and very pretty. Nichelle is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She communicates thoroughly making sure she is giving me exactly what I want each time because I like to switch it up with lots of details. My nails have never looked better! I moved to New Bern from Connecticut almost a year ago and am thrilled to have found Nichelle to do my nails. She is incredibly talented and professional, taking her time to get my nails just right. She has ideas for designs I never would have thought of and creates them perfectly. I never feel rushed and enjoy the “me” time I get with her every couple of weeks. I highly recommend her!!
