I came here not knowing that I could have done a better job. I hate giving bad reviews, but because of how insecure I became after coming here just for an undercut I will gladly do so. I have been coming to this fantastic sams sense I was a kid and after my last hair cut here I will NEVER be coming back! I scheduled an appointment to do a undercut. During the appointment, the hair that was pulled up to separate from where she was trimming was falling down. I figured it was normal and I though she knew what she was doing… WRONG! I left thinking I loved it but right when I put my hair up and felt the back of my head I started sobbing. I now have random chunks of my hair shaved, the cut is so uneven it looks diagonal, and my hair is all different lengths. I am beyond disappointed.

I went to this place only because my original hair stylist was unavailable. Never again. I am so embarrassed by my haircut. People ask me what happened to your hair, did a kindergartener cut it! I have never seen anything so uneven and so awful in my life. No wonder she didn’t give me a mirror to see the back of my hair when she was done. And when I was walking out people just looked at me and their jaws dropped. I didn’t know why until I got home. I just cried. Now I have to wear my hair in a bun fir months until it grows out !!

Spent almost 5 hours to get full highlights and cut. Was left with crunchy hair when dry, shampoo or toner was left in hair. Very chunky highlights with one big highlight in front (half inch). Stylist was still friendly. Not my usual experience at this salon.

I had my hair highlighted by Kylee today and had a perfect experience! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and went above & beyond to give me a great experience. I have thick curly hair that is difficult for some stylists to manage but she knew exactly what to do. I love how my hair turned out and will definitely be returning. They also offer complimentary beverages which is a nice touch.

Staff is friendly. They are great with my adult son with special needs. Not condescending, not overly solicitous. They seem to know just the right balance between helpfully friendly and respectfully listening. They asked questions but didn’t push when he had difficulty expressing his preferences for the hair style.

Usually have a great experience here but the girl was not really willing to take a little extra time to even dry my hair thoroughly. Asked me if I wanted a tint with my brow wax, yes which is what I’ve done before but this time she didn’t even get the top part of my brows or even plug any strays didn’t look finished at all.

I stopped her after that and someone else tried to fix it. It is still absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had and I’ve had bad ones. My hair was medium/long with no layers so clean slate. She has absolutely no business cutting unsupervised and now I’m going elsewhere to try and even out. I have basically two different haircuts on either side of my head.
