This place radiates positive energy and great vibes. I received a facial done by Ashley and it was nothing short of amazing! I would have left a 4 star review for the quality of the treatments, but the way my last follow up visit request was handled truly deserves a negative 1. I understand inability or unwillingness to further treat the problem area, but going as far as telling a newly established client to basically get lost and never come back for anything else is way out of line of any normal business practice. Not cool, Ladies, not cool at all.

I was excited when a new Med Spa was opening in my neighborhood and was eager to visit for wrinkle relaxer treatment that I’ve had done for years. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received here, not only from a customer service standpoint, but from a treatment standpoint as well. I had 100 units or so of Dysport injected, and within days, one eyebrow drooped significantly, and the other noticeably arched. My elevens were dramatically worse, and I had deep indentations on my forehead and all around my eyes, accompanied by a severe migraine. As I said, I have gotten wrinkle relaxers for decades at a few different places, and this has never happened at any capacity.
