I went to go get a hair cut at the barber shop just next door and parked in the SHARED parking lot behind both the barber shop and “Luci’s Beauty Gallery.” Let me tell you, it should be called Luci’s Ugly Gallery because the owner, Luci, is very rude and has the most unattractive personality I have seen in a few years. She yelled at me for parking in the center of the parking lot, no where NEAR her salon. I saw her “Salon Parking Only” signs affixed to her building, and did not park in those spots reserved for her customers, -out of respect to her business.- How am I rewarded? She resorts to name calling and threats of having my vehicle towed for parking in a SHARED parking lot with OTHER BUSINESSES! What about THEIR customers, Luci? Perhaps you should have some respect for your neighbors. She also blocks one of the two narrow entrances with her car so no one can enter or exit the parking lot from that side. Hmm, I’m no expert, but that’s a fire hazard. I hope they never need an ambulance or firetruck down there, because Warwick will have a tough time accessing the emergency with that side blocked. Luci was totally disrespectful. And now I know why she has a reputation for being so rude. The rumor is true about not having any ‘new’ customers, because no one will go to her. My wife went there, only once, and she was treated like a house invader and made entirely uncomfortable, like she did something wrong just by coming there. I hope none of her elderly customers suddenly find themselves pinched by Luci’s car in that narrow right-of-way into the parking lot. If one of them try to back out onto West St., someone’s gonna get hurt.

Owner is not nice at all… I wouldn’t get any services here, since she could not even be polite after leaving a nasty note on my car (someone doesn’t like to share the parking lot in back apparently).. go to Capelli’s instead.. where they always greet you with a smile!
