Super friendly staff. Great customer service. Quality of service depends on who you get. Went on for a gel Pedicure. The polish came off the very next day. Went back, they re-did my polish (at no charge of course) and it has lasted over 2 weeks and counting.

I will NEVER go to this place again they messed up my nails right before my brothers funeral and did not want to fix them. They looked this 2 hours later and I didn’t do anything to them. I paid $65 for this trash, my 3 year old could have done better. I’m trying to support my local nail salons, but I guess I will take my money to Raleigh or Fayetteville.

Today was my last day at this establishment. I’ve been a customer at this place since the doors first opened! We have spent good money at this place and tip very well only to be told not to come back because I went in to get my gel polish fixed after two days it was wrinkled and folded like It was a bad batch. Well Aaron took it upon himself to remove three nails after I told him I had just got this new set two days before and his brother is the one who did them and there was three green spots in my nails when his brother did them… WHY DIDNT HE SAY ANYTHING THEN(on Saturday)??? Then tried to charge me for something I didn’t even come in there to do! I didn’t mind paying and I’ve never complained about anything but I won’t be treated unfairly! You lost a loyal customer! The ladies in the back are awesome and have very positive attitudes every time I go in there ! They know what great customer service is !

Horrible customer service I had two broke nails and he legit was ripping them off my nail which is not what what you do. I’m a polite person and I told him he was hurting me and he didn’t care at all and continued to hurt me with the same method. First time coming and my last. My own mother noticed the rudeness. This man legit told me because I told him he was hurting me to get out of his salon then I’m shocked !

Waited 30 minutes not bad the man who did my nails was Aaron and he was rude disrespectful messed my nails up after bringing to his attention that wasn’t the design i asked for it looked like my 4 year old did my nails. Then disrespected me and put me down in front of the whole store I asked for a different tech I got ignored he was very aggressive and made me bleed. I had to pay 60 dollars for messed up nails and more emotionall damage I will never go back there and if you have memory or mental issues this is definitely not he place to go and also I was told I had to talk English whe he’s in there speaking vitanesms or how ever its spelled i have never been disrespected or made feel so low by someone ive never met before I wish it would let me post pics
