The ladies here are fantastic at what they do and make sure they take care of you to the upmost. If you’re unhappy they will gladly have you back to ensure you’re satisfied. I have one do my hair, which I always love! And another do a manicure when my nails are to distressed to take care of them myself.

Beware if you make an appointment at this nail salon and you can’t make it. My mom scheduled an appointment to just get her toenails trimmed, as she couldn’t do it herself due to needing a hip replacement. She forgot about her appointment because my family and I were home for the 4th. She just recently called to make an appointment and was told she was banned from there unless she paid for the missed appointment. This may be standard practice at nail salons, but she was not at all informed of this policy. The lady told her, it’s in big letters on the wall of the salon. What if you’ve never set foot in the salon? This is poor business practice! You’re banning someone who ran a business in Laurel for over 30 years and shouldn’t be made to feel like a bad person because you failed to mention your policy when she booked her appointment. It’s disappointing that she now has to drive to Billings.
