I’ve had my hair cut here twice before, and I was happy with the outcome. But, a few days ago, I made an appointment for another haircut. I was sitting there waiting to be called when a handicapped lady walked in. She didn’t have a computer or smartphone, so therefore she was gambling on a walk-in appointment. One of the employees started questioning her as to why she didn’t have an appointment. The employee was very rude to the handicapped customer, and then had the audacity to accuse the customer of being rude. I heard the whole conversation, and was so disgusted, I walked out. I will NEVER return to this store!

Great experience every time! The staff was super friendly. My son gets his hair cut with both his dad and mom and never remembers how to get it cut so the cosmetologist made sure to put very detailed information on his cut so it couldn’t be done wrong again. I am so appreciative to Danielle. Michelle did an amazing job on my hair as well!

Showed up at 12 noon and left my name and number, the lady told me I can go shopping and do what I need and they will call me when it’s my turn wait is about 20 to 30 minutes. I told her that works and never got a call walked back in after waiting in Starbucks for an hour and a halfand when I got in there the lady said we don’t call people rude as hell. I wanted to tell her you have very poor customer service. What the heck kind of joint you got going on here? Still don’t have my haircut & I will never set foot in this store again. Really sucks too because it’s right down the road from my new house. Obviously my business is not appreciated here.
