I have gone to this salon multiple times now, and it feels like it gets worse each time. On their website they advertise a clean environment in which they offer complementary drinks, however, in the multiple times I have gone, I have never been offered a drink and the entire salon is covered in a layer of dust and nail debris. The nail tech’s tools where never sanitized, they would just pull random tools out of their cart, I could even see excess cuticle from the last person. They also shared their files that they put on the electric file, my tech gave it to their other tech friend, then when she was done, she gave it back to my tech and she used it on me! I am not one to leave bad reviews, but my last experience has sent me over the edge. I called ahead to see if they had time for me, and they said to come in as soon as I can. When I got to the salon, no one greeted me, which is not that big of a deal, I put my name on the list and waited until they told me to take a seat. I sat and waited where they told me to for at least 20 minutes before some one came up to me to do my nails. At this point, no one has made conversation with me or gave me the book of colors to choose from. When the nail tech came to start my nails, she asked what color I wanted, which is when I told her no one gave me the book. I haven’t seen this tech before and she look extremely young. I got a dip manicure and just wanted my nails a little shorter and shaped more narrow because they are rounded, I told her multiple times to thin out the powder and to make the shape more narrow and round. I ended up leaving with bulky nails that were so long they could be claws. Overall, at this point I will not be coming back.

Went for the first time today and received a pedicure with Vivian. She was absolutely amazing. Pedicures can be hit and miss but she was super attentive to detail and very transparent about pricing and what she was doing. The glass of wine was a nice gesture as well. Pricing starts at 30 and goes up from there depending on the pedi package. Will definitely return and update on the consistency as well. Thank you again Vivian! ☺️

I am attaching images of my whole rent of this place (which on my opinion should need a whole management replacement) and also some pictures of my mothers nails after she got them done at this placed and removed the acrylics. This rant is from a semi-professional view point. My mother is the professional who worked in Europe as a nail artist/technician where standards are pretty high when it comes to sanitary and nail making conditions.

Went in on a Monday @ 6:30pm, and asked if there would be enough time for a pedicure. The reception person said yes and upsold a special pedicure from a box priced at $45. I went for it since I only get pedicures once in a while.
