Had the powder done on my nails and it was terrible! When the nail got dipped in the powder a part got ruined and wasn’t even buffed out correctly, two of my nails ended up cracking. I was going to Florida the next day so I had to make a nail appt where I was staying to get it fixed!! You pay all this money for your nails to look perfect not to crack in a day or two and look sloppy

gave the woman a reference photo to work off of and what i got looked nothing like it. i showed her a photo of long, coffin nails and received short nails of a square shape. i just can’t understand how you can fail so badly at giving the customer what they want. the nails are of quality, but they just do not look ANYTHING like what i asked for. even when i went back to have them redone, i was given a hard time and was told that the nail artist could “make them longer”… how can you do that without removing the original tips?? i instead opted to go elsewhere. i will NOT be back.
