Great service! However, if going to require customers to wait outside, you might consider a canopy or some fans. If I would have needed to wait (took me right in), I would have l left and tried another time, giving up my spot. My asthma combined with mask would not allow me to wait in heat. Thanks for getting me right in and GREAT cut.

After checking in online and had a 46 minute wait, at 10 minutes it went back up to 40 minutes. Down to 20 after that it went up to 50. I asked why and the stylist was very rude with her answer and told me i needed to check in online. I told her I did, I just told you what happened. We have been going there for years and will not go back after this. 2 of the stylists are always rude and seem to be the ones I see there most.
