To be honest this place isn’t my normal place to get my nails done however the place I usually choose was closed today, I was going to just wait but I had passed this place numerous times on my way to work so I decided to give them a try. It was a huge mistake, a waste of 3 1/2 hours of time and money for services my 4 year old could have done better. I got there and was not greeted by anyone instead took a seat and waited between 5-10 minutes and just as I was about to leave the lady who I’m assuming to be the owner asked what I wanted. I told her I needed a pedicure and my full set removed and a regular manicure done. They immediately sat me in a pedicure chair put one of my hands in acetone and didn’t say another word, not hey there’s only 3 of us so you’re gonna be waiting awhile. I worked in a nail salon for a few years and know what it’s like to be busy and not want to turn anyone away so I patiently waited an hour at this point the water in the bowl was cold and I was getting impatient a lady finally came over and started my pedicure, and within a few minutes switched with a male who didn’t even change his gloves when he came to me after working on someone else, and neither ever spoke a word to me. The man finished my pedicure within 25 minutes and was very rough especially with the sugar scrub! He does not polish so I sat for another 30-40 minutes waiting for the lady to be finished with someone else just for my toes to be polished, her and the owner were quite rude about picking a color for my toes when I asked for a specific color (opi bubble bath) that they ended up not having, she polished my toes and missed quite a few areas of the nail and I was just anxious at this point to leave so I did not say anything. They hadn’t even started my nails but I had already been soaking just one hand in acetone this entire time so I couldn’t just leave with that one hand being halfway dissolved. She moved me to a chair without saying a word and started working on my nails, she ended up filing so hard at one point she cut my finger. After I’m not even sure how long she was still not done she “completed” my right hand (leaving multiple spots of acrylic on my nails) and was picking at my left hand with her own nails trying to remove the old set. After she cut me the second time and 3 1/2 hours in this place I finally said I couldn’t sit there any longer. They still charged me full price to “remove” my old set even though it was not removed. I should have just walked out but I paid anyways. I will NOT be going back here, just a warning to not waste your time or money here. I will have to go tomorrow to the salon I usual go and have them fix this mess and of course re pay for it!

The owner is really nice, i got a gel manicure and I love it so much I’ll be back. Ive had a gel mani done at other salons but they’ve always ended up looking clumpy or just never lasted more than a few days. on the website it states that they will fix it if you’re not satisfied. So if you’re on the fence about trying a new salon and you’re unsure, give this one a try!

I went here to get my toe nails done. The owner and tech who was doing my pedicure got into a big fight why she was in the middle of my pedicure. As a result my legs got about two minutes of message and hardly no lotion. Not a very good place at all

Wish there was a zero star. Worse nail job I have ever had. Un-even thickness, un-even color, un-even length and lumpy. All of this was after I had to tell her several times she was missing steps. BTW… she was the owner. 2 and 1/2 hours to do a fill and pedi … I was the only customer. They also charged $3 per finger to do any repairs that are normally just part of a fill. So the fill alone cost $40. When I complained, she told me she doesn’t work for free. Very rude, considering I didn’t ask for a discount. I will go this weekend to have my nails redone somewhere else.

Will not be back. Came in to have my nails done, they never said there would be a wait or how long and left me soaking in the acetone for an hour. I finally had to leave and took my hands out and dried them myself and was charged 10 dollars for an hour acetone soak. Literally no one even touched my hands. Will go elsewhere.

Owner is very rude, talks trash about you in a different language, leaves the new workers there at HER salon, expecting them to watch the place while she’s out doing whatever, and hires people without a licence. She hired me and I didn’t have a licence, only lasted one day because I wasn’t making any money. Told her I didnt have a licence and no experience, she hired me anyway and told me to lie about having a license to everyone. Don’t go here to get your nails done because you are risking getting a bad job done and worse, infections!
