Highly recommend them. Especially Andy. My nails are always so even and smooth. He makes sure the health of my real nails and will recommend when a fresh set is due. I go 3 weeks between my fills and I’ve never been able to do that before. My nails stay on with no chipping or breaking. Show him a picture and he can create it. I’m always beyond happy with my nails when I leave there. I can be very Particular about my nails too. I will recommend them to anyone.

Was a walk in and took me in quickly. Very nice, clean and good setting. But for the price I paid my nails look horrible not even 3 hours after leaving. He spoke of the powder dip then used none. It looks like my nails were attacked by mosquitoes with all the lumps, acrylic very uneven. Some are thick where other nails are flat like a duck bill at the end. First time there, not good for me and not worth $55 plus a $10 tip, definitely not worth worth.

I have used their services multiple times and have had to wait a long time periodically. They usually do good work, however, they will sometimes take people out of order from when they come in the door. This time I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and a fill as I am going on vacation. Walked in for my appointment and they didn’t write it on the book. The place was full, and they laughed and said I could wait. I won’t be back as that is horrible business!

I was very disappointed today because I called earlier in the week and made an appointment for 4:30 for a pedicure and manicure. I was really looking forward to it, left work early and drove 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived at 4:30 all of the technicians were occupied. When I asked about the wait after 15 minutes, I was told someone was almost done. 10 minutes later the technician who was supposed to be finishing was selecting polish. 2 people were in pedicure chairs waiting. I knew there was little chance at that point of having an enjoyable or relaxing time, so I left. I won’t be back.
