Simply asked for layers in the front and walked out with bangs on the back of my head. I asked why the hairdresser was cutting SO short in the back and she responded in an extremely rude tone “this is what you asked for stop changing your mind” I don’t remember asking for a bob with one extremely long layer underneath. I’m so disappointed with the way this turned out, and the service I received. I DO NOT recommend going here!
