Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went here in may 2021 and received the facial and a mani/pedi. There’s nothing worse than getting a face massage where the technician is wearing gloves. The action of the massage with gloves made my face feel like it was burning. I have received numerous massages elsewhere since covid and no one wore gloves. I’m not sure why managers think this is a good idea. Speaking of management they must be horrible. The women working there are very gossipy and love talking trash about the clientele. The hospitality is very forced like they know what is expected they just can’t stand doing it. The Spa was great. I got a Mom to be massage and it was incredible. The hotel is old but clean and big, it has nice pools. Comfortable place to stay.
