I absolutely HATE this location. 100% false advertisement because they do not honor the prices on the website. My kids saw Ron and not only did she over charge me without reason, both or girls said she was very mean to them. They don’t allow parents to wait on the inside. My kids get their hair braided every two week so they are very well behaved and never had an issue any where else. We will NOT be returning.

Called this location and was quoted a price visited the location was given the same price for the requested service, service completed totally different price…employees lie to your face, and tell you they did not give you the price you are trying to verify and they only take cash…my advice check the website to verify pricing before making an appointment or walking in…..better yet explore your options…. this place is an absolute last resort, if you have cash.!!!!!

The heavy-set woman at the front desk was unfriendly & made it very clear that she didn’t want to add my name on her waiting list *at 3:30pm on a Saturday* BUT never said it directly. There were 9 people ahead of me & that maxed out her number of braiders, I get it. No smile, rude/short answers and giving a lot of “Yes, ma’am’s.” made a bad 1st impression. But I let it go because it was back to school time. Then I came back only to feel like my braider confused me with one of the little school girls who’s hair she braided. (Either that or an old lady!!!) I’ve NEVER had “jumbo braids” that were so skinny. I was expecting she’d use the 4 packs I brought. (We discussed it!) I left there with 1 unopened pack and 1 pack with more than half the hair still in it. TO MAKE IT WORSE I looked at the disproportionate sections she parted (smh) AND saw that she gave me PIGTAIL ENDS. ***Did we have that conversation? NO***

Critical: ProfessionalismNeeds to update booking site and a better receptionist so there won’t be any miscommunication. My appointment was switched from Saturday to Thursday a day before. Good thing I called to see what type of hair I needed, because my stylist didn’t respond to the DM I sent. We agreed the appointment was for 5:30pm. I arrived 5 minutes before 5:00pm, found out my stylist had a personal matter going on and didn’t show up to the shop until after 6:00. The manager had her greet me and she didn’t even seem genuine or considerate that I’ve been waiting so long. Getting my hair done it was just inappropriate conversations, profanity, and lack professionalism. I like my hair but not the place. I wasn’t even accommodated for the stylist being late. So if the client is late we get a fee or cancelled, but if the stylist is late then what????
