This place is ran terribly! The employees are on edge. They have a horrible turn over rate. Was hoping to stay consistent with one person who knows my pains and only got a text saying my person had been fired no follow up to schedule and when I wanted to cancel the front desk couldn’t help or answer any questions. She told me the manager would call me back it’s been almost a week no call back and I’m still getting charged. Don’t be recommended location. The employees were ok but obviously something is going on behind that makes this place run terrible that makes it so they can’t keep and employee longer than few months.

My experience at this location is from 2 years ago, so I don’t know if this review still applies. But I became a member after some hard selling on their part and then they made it hard for me to cancel a year later. So, by then, I had about 13 unused massages, some of them rolled over from my husband’s account. Found out to my shock later that some of those were due to expire within a month–this quick expiration wasn’t part of the conversation when the membership was being sold to me to me in the first place! Suddenly there was a ton of red tape before I could have these extra massages reinstated. The staff member I spoke to this time was extremely rude but I had to deal with her since this was considered my “home location.” By the end, I just wanted to use my massages up so I could finally, finally cancel my membership and not have to deal with this franchise. Not very relaxing! What a phenomenal waste of time and money. No more massage envy for me.

I have been visiting this location from about 6 months now. While there are very good therapists who are really sweet and good at massage both professionally & manners wise. Its very unfortunate that there are therapists who are not well mannered. I have started encountering them from my prenatal massages. I don’t want to name the therapists . While one therapist was really really rude , another one keeps talking negatively about the pregnancy !!

Whatever you do… stay away from the therapist Kristen. When I asked her for a little harder, she dug so deep into my shoulder with her elbow that it brought tears to my eyes..then I asked her to do lighter pressure after that and she barely touched me. It’s like she was offended when I tried to help her with what I liked.. I have been a member for quite some time and NEVER had an experience like that.. I should have just got up. I wrote a bad review on their “survey” they e-mailed me and asked a manager to contact me.. no call. Then I called to ask who took care of the reviews

Start contract under the impression my husband and I can got around the same time. Nope not all. Matter of fact can’t even get an appointment. Long story short can’t even get out of the contact again long story. But I would not suggest anyone start a contract with this location as appointment are not available and assistance by management is non existence.

Called to cancel my membership since they have been closed more than open since March. . You have to talk to the office, get a call back from her boss, to get a paper faxed to your email , to get it signed and scanned back, to then be told if I don’t use the four appointment s I couldn’t use due to the pandemic before the end of November I would lose them even when it’s again a pandemic.? I’m extremely unhappy. It’s unfortunate that I smoke however I took a shower before arriving and it must have been on my clothes because the guy said he could not continue because of the smell I wasted my gas and time going out there and wasn’t refunded I have two more free massages and owe 180 left on my account. I will not be going back there for my free massage and will be paying the 180 and never ruturning.
