Positive: QualityI have been using Classic Nail and always have had excellent experiences. I decided to be a good citizen of my town and go to a nail salon that just opened in our town and it was a very bad mistake! I had nails (dip powder) done on Friday and by Sunday the dip powder was cracked and two of my natural nails broke! I called Classic nails and they did an excellent job in getting my nails beautiful! I have been using Classic Nail and always have had excellent experiences. I decided to be a good citizen of my town and go to a nail salon that just opened in our town and it was a very bad mistake! I had nails (dip powder) done on Friday and by Sunday the dip powder was cracked and two of my natural nails broke! I called Classic nails and they did an excellent job in getting my nails beautiful! My nails were nearly falling off and looked awful! They were so bad classic nails couldn’t save them. They had to remove nails and restart but well worth it and great prices! Everyone is very nice! I’m not typically the type of person to leave bad reviews however my experience there was terrible. I went for my birthday . I asked the woman if I could please get a manicure and as she was asking away she said “I hate giving manicures” this was the point I probably should left. So Incredibley unprofessional. The entire time she was doing my nails she was very rough and huffing and puffing the entire time. I felt like a complete bourdon and like I was inconveniencing her.
