Idk if the people who have bad experiences just don’t write reviews, but I’m trying to figure out why this place has such good reviews. Got my nails done they’re bumpy, rough, not the shape I asked for, there’s nail polish on my fingers, my pink tips are uneven and sloppy, and I got charged extra for shorter nails??? How?? And got told designs couldn’t be done with regular polish which I know was a lie but I just went with that anyways. Didn’t know I’d be charged an extra $21 in total for nails that look like absolute garbage. Never again. Note the difference between my left and right hand ♀️

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop! I came in to get a simple mani(w/gel polish) with my daughter for her birthday while she got a full set. My cuticles were not done correctly, he didn’t have me wash my hands after filing & buffing my nails, and my polish application was awful. I had to ask for some oil to put on my hands because I guess that’s not a part of the manicure process. My daughter nails were done the SAME WAY by the owner! Needless to say we were not happy with the service and will NEVER RETURN! This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop! I came in to get a simple mani(w/gel polish) with my daughter for her birthday while she got a full set. My cuticles were not done correctly, he didn’t have me wash my hands after filing & buffing my nails, and my polish application was awful.
