Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis experience was definitely not how I expected it to be. I never leave reviews but this was unbelievable. I’m 17, and I went to get my nails done for my last ever high school homecoming. I got a very good chunk of my nail cut off. To replace my real nail and put the fake one on, she put acrylic powder instead of leaving it. Some of the nails would also not come off. I have stuff at home (nail drills etc.) I had homecoming oct.2 and it is now the 25th and I just finished getting them off and after finally getting all of them off this was my nail. It hurts very badly, is throbbing from trying to get it off without pulling my whole nail off and is a bright green color.This experience was definitely not how I expected it to be. DO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible customer service. Did a terrible job changing my toe nail polish, looked like I had painted them myself, and I am awful at doing my own nails! The owner let her teen daughter “practice”on my nails for the polish change I requested on my fingernails. They looked even worse than my toes! The polished was lumpy and piled onto my nails so thick it was shocking. To top it off once I was able to get an appointment at my regular nail salon 4 days later, and my tech removed the polish, I had a fungus growing on my nail from this shop!! I don’t remember them wearing any gloves or cleaning/sanitizing any of the equipment used on my while I was there. No use of brand new tools fresh out of the pack like I’m used to. NEVER AGAIN!! Save yourself a fungus and horrible experience!

I called to see if i could get in for a pedicure and asked if they had someone that could just put a spiderweb on my nail, they said yes-20 min. They got me back right away and (the nail tech did not speak english so a man hovered just in case i asked anything im guessing because he sat close), i reiterated about the spiderweb and he handed me some samples to choose from for my color. When she was done the man walked right up to me and said”you want a spiderweb right?” And i said yes, he walked into the other room, came back and said, “sorry, if we do art on nail polish it wont work, it has to be on gel”, i just nodded since it was obvious that nobody wanted to do it in the other room-ive had them do this on nail polish for 4 years(yes same spiderweb) i wasnt about to argue-DONT LIE TO ME!!!

I showed the lady the picture and she forgot to do a design on one nail and she was rushing, and scraped me a few times (cutting me once on accident) other than that they are very kind and i would recommend this place Manicure, Nail art, Pedicure, Acrylic nails

My pedicure was amazing I have no complaints whatsoever on the cleanliness. However I ask for a functional short coffin nail. And walked away with daggers. I ask the lady 3 × 2 make them shorter was told that coffin nails are not short.
