Although Jessica was very nice and helpful with her information…I was charged for ALL services before I even had an actual appointment. Then after I saw my medical doctor and he said that I could not have the treatments due to medical conditions I am now having to wait and fight to get my money back. This is very poor business. If I had any treatment I would understand being charged, but I was charged for ALL services before there was even an appointment made. I would NOT tell anyone to go to Ideal Image for this very reason. This company is ALL about the money and not the patient.

It was not the best. I payed for 4 coolscultping areas but when I arrived to the location they told me could only do 2 without even suggesting or offering whatelse they can do to help. To book this type of appointment I had to wait like 1.5months and book for the other 2 missing areas will need at least another month. Is the first time I go to this office and I felt that the team in other locations are more open to help.
