I went there after doing a lot of research for my wedding nails. I called ahead and was told they could do gel, but when I got there they told me they don’t do gel and couldn’t do what I wanted which was pretty disappointing. My nails didn’t look great once she was done. Some of the tips were crooked, and the sides of my nails didn’t have the ombre, even after asking the tech to correct it. The tips started lifting the next day, and after taking the mani off safely with acetone I’m noticing how wrecked my nails are. She filed my nails way too thin and they are weak and brittle. One of my nails tore almost halfway down to my nail bed. I work extremely hard to take care of my nails and never file them, and this place completely ruined them. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. To top it off, they didn’t have good sanitation. They dipped my fingers straight into the original dip container, and used files that had been used before and were very obviously not cleaned.

Disgusting service! They basically wiped my nails and splashed on some nail polish and said it’s done. And then told me my tip wasn’t enough. Oh and they gave me attitude for no good reason.

Critical: PunctualityI called before asking if someone was available in 20 minutes, was told yes. 20 minutes later I show up and surprise I’m told to wait. I waited for over a half hour. Finally when someone was able to take me, I told her how I like my cuticles cut and she started telling me no I shouldn’t do it like that. She filed my nails too short and when it was tile for polish, a few people came up to pay and she stopped and took their money. Called for an appointment at 2pm- explained I was short on time. Came in early, waited 10 minutes, asked how long it would be, was told another 20-30 minutes. If you can’t keep the appointment time, then just say so from the beginning instead of wasting people’s time.

Have had good Nd not so good experiences. First time I got. Dip powder polish and had no issues at all , want rushed had. Very pleasant experience. Second time, I had a guy putting on my polish, he laid it on soooooo thick that within a week they were lifting at the back.

They do a really great job with manicures and all their other services. the only reason why I gave this a 4-star and not a 5-star review it’s because they run after you for a tip. in my opinion I think that if somebody wants to tip then that’s nice of them but it should never be a requirement. Their services are expensive to begin with and that’s why I say that.
