Good if you use online checkin during busy times. But my 3 year old got his haircut here and the lady clipped his ear and acted like nothing happened. He had a good size cut on the back of his ear and I could tell it bothered him when it happened. He wasn’t squirming, he has had many haircuts without this issue. Maybe take more time when it’s a small child instead of rushing to the next cut.
