There won’t be a next time I told her, I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. The lady who colored and cut my hair wasn’t very good at it, she ruined my sweater by getting hair color on it and I had to ask her 3 times to fix my hair cut because it wasn’t what I asked for and wasn’t done to a very good standard. They don’t attend you at the time of your prebooked appointment. Moreover they don’t do eyebrows and haircut properly. My experience was not good. Earlier I gave you one star when my experience was not good. Now, I am editing this review as I want to give you four stars for the excellent experience rendered to me by your salon. Cathy did a fabulous job on my eyebrows. I will always book my appointment with her. She is an expert.

I had highlights put in my hair waited 48 hours to wash my hair they washed out. I called and told them about it they asked if I washed my hair in warm water I said lukewarm. The reply was warm water brings out the color so I went in and they put highlights back in my hair only a different color than what I wanted.

I have tried several times to get a haircut here, and everytime I leave without one. I was told it would be an hour. Despite the lack of clients. So I walked impatiently around Walmart for about an hour and 10 minutes. Still no text or email. Finally got done shopping checked back in. The lady said “it will be a few more minutes”. Despite the empty chairs and one Employee just sitting there. Needless to say I wasted an hour for nothing.

Went in to get a haircut at 5:55 pm & the lady informed me that she was closing the salon early at 6 pm & wasn’t suppose to close till 8pm date I stopped in 5/14/18 ! So do you guys just let employees chose the hours you open! I have been getting my hair cut at your salon for a long time & have never been treated like that ! I don’t know what was going on but not a good business move to close 2 hours early !
