Owner is very friendly and does the best she can. I believe the place may need a little makeover, but not dirty. As far as the nail polish, I agree that my manicure does not last, but I do dishes and cleaning at home. However, the pedicure will last two weeks. Language barrier is prevalent, but I can still communicate with owner. I have seen a few rude customers as well.

I’ve been going to Luu’s for almost 5 years when I moved into the area. I get a gel manicure and pedicure and the nail technician always does a good job. Chi does an amazing job on my nails and feet. They are the best nail salon in this side of Hyde Park.

This was the worst nail salon I’ve ever experienced. I got gel nail polish and it lasted 2 days, when they normally last 2-3 weeks. They do a terrible paint jobs it looks so uneven and comes off easily. My last experience was poorly done acrylics they were super bulky, and when asked to fix she would not do what I asked. After paying for my nails I had to go to a nearby store and buy a kit to correct them myself. It is a waste of time and money to return.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! DO NOT come here. Im saving you time and money. The Lady doesnt speak english so every time I would walk in and ask for coffin nails she didnt understand me and always end up leaving them square. The place is dirty and messy. I litterally came and the Lady had me wait for an hour and then when she was done with the client I waited another hour while she went to eat something in the back and talk on the phone. Then when It was time for me to do my nails she had the Lady who doesnt know how to do acrylics glue on the nails. The Lady made them all twisted and ugly because THE GIRL DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO THEM SHE ONLY DOES MANICURE AND PEDICURES! When FINALLY got them done they were crooked and IM NOT JOKING, the longest there nails lasted me was 4 days. This place is the worst I dont know how IT has 3 stars IT should have 0. Theres not even alot of nail polish to choose from. They have like 10 colors and they were all ugly. I Will NEVER come back to this place I dont care. Neither should you.
