My daughter and I both love Fika Hair Salon. I see Linda and my daughter goes to Alison. Linda has cut and highlighted my hair numerous times and I am always in love with my hair when she does. Alison just did my daughter’s hair for prom. My daughter brought a picture of a rather complicated “half-up/half-down” style and Alison replicated it beautifully. Both ladies are professional, friendly, and willing to accommodate. The prices are fair and I have always been pleased with my services. I would definitely recommend Fika Salon.

Critical: ProfessionalismI was very happy with color, even sent roommate to Linda. After the coloring, every time I washed my hair it was in knots, same with roommate. I just called for appt. for root touch up, and was told she didn’t want me as a client because I had an attitude! I was not happy my hair was in knots after washing, until I bought $20.00 conditioner. I went to her once, had a problem, but instead of customer service, I got, find someone else, Y ou have an attitude. Dry, tangled hair, bratty conversation, very unprofessional. Great color, but at what expense? She had my services requested wrong, and put me down for a cut only, when I asked for color as well.
