I just had my first experience at Lucy Be Hair, and now I feel like I can’t go anywhere else! Jaclyn was so attentive to my specific wants and needs, going through inspiration pictures, and made sure I knew what was realistic in achieving in my first appointment. But she completely exceeded my expectations!! The color is absolutely gorgeous, and she gave me so many tips on how to make it last until my next appointment. She was so easy to work with during the whole process, starting with the trail. I showed up with about 4-5 pictures she absolutely exceeded my expectations! I’m not a very visual person so I didn’t have a set idea in my head but I would say what she did was perfect! I received so many compliments on hair throughout the day. She also was 100% about making sure the bride’s day goes smoothly, giving me tips on what I should have usual my hair stylist do in terms of color touch up and cut, showing up early, making sure the bridal party knew everything they needed to about my hair, and maintained a perfect balance between professional and personable throughout the whole process. All my bridesmaid also loved their hair and I don’t think we needed to do one touch up before the ceremony! Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough. It’s a wonderful relaxing hair salon with kind and helpful caring staff. I got a fabulous cut and colour from Danielle. She is so skilled and amazing, and super sweet too. She spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. This was my third visit, and I left with a brilliant cut and colour and a big smile… I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Danielle, see you again soon!

Hannah was great! She did an awesome job on my hair and got me exactly what I wanted. We talked about it t before and I showed her some inspiration pics and then we decided on colors. She was friendly and easy to work with. I’m super happy with how well she did and how it turned out!

I booked a cut & color with Hannah – who was super nice. However, I was pretty unhappy with the color (I had dark spots and splotches in my hair that I’ve never had from other stylists). They offered to fit me in again the next day, but even after another two hour session of color and wash – I felt the issue was still there. They told me it would wash out over time – not what you want to hear when you’ve just paid $200 for a color that you will hope will last. That said, the cut was the real issue. I asked for long layers – long in the back, framing in the front – and she cut it so that it was long in the front and short in the back. It’s clearly uneven and there is also a huge chunk that was cut out of one side :/

I absolutely adored this place! Super cute, very professional and organized set up/appointment making and check ins were easy to follow. They also were so kind to make me some tea since it was so cold out while I waited for Hannah to finish up were her previous client.

Jaclyn is, by far, the best stylist I have ever had. She listens carefully and will also use her expertise and experience to make useful and valid suggestions. Her product recommendations are spot on yet there is NEVER a “hard sell”. I am currently taking cancer medication which can make my hair difficult yet she is so careful and capable, giving my hair the TLC it needs. I trust her completely, so much so that now when I go in I simply say “Do whatever, I trust you!” While giving up control isn’t for everyone, it shows how much confidence I have in her abilities.

I came in as a last minute appointment today, and Hannah was so kind. I went two days ago to another salon to cut my hair and they didn’t do a good job. Hannah fixed me up with a beautiful cut!!! She told me everything she was going to do to my hair and listened to what I wanted. She was conversational and joyous, and did a wonderful job with my hair. I will be coming back!!!!
