I’m new in the area, tried another salon first but wasn’t impressed, so when I needed my next fill I called Pink & White Nail Salon to see how soon they could get me in. Nice guy (JJ) said I could come right now! Yay! Only 10 min from my new house, no wait when I got there, JJ sat me right down and went to work. Really happy, friendly atmosphere, JJ chats and is funny. He fixed 2 nails that should have been fixed by last salon. Pink & Whie Nail Salon is very clean and hygiene practices appear to be followed. I’m a retired public health RN so I tend to scrutinize, but I was pleased. No prices are posted or even discussed, but most salons are competitive and about the same, so I wasn’t concerned. Upon leaving I was charged $45 for the fill and 2 fixes. Super reasonable in my opinion and JJ did a great job. I never want anything fancy or wild but I finally got the shape I’ve been after for a long time. I’ll be going back again and next time will get a pedicure too. Thanks JJ ❤️

I would give 0 stars if I could. They didn’t explain our options for pedicures. Left the hot towels on so long it was cold n I had to remove them myself because the guy was doing another ladies nails. Did such a bad job that 1 week later my heels are rough and a cuticle on my toe actually hurts! I use to love this place before I moved to Dallas. So when I was visiting family in Tucson I returned n brought my family. No one had a good experience and none of us will return.

Normally I take my daughter to a place in midtown to get her nails done and they do excellent work. This time though we didn’t have time to drive down to midtown so we went with pink and white because they were close to the house. The entire experience was terrible. I dropped her off because I had to go to the grocery store while she was getting her nails done, as soon as she sat down the woman doing her nails asked whether or not she was gonna give her a tip and if she had cash, then told her that for $75 she could do her nails but not the design that she wanted. It was too hard, but for $150 she could do it. Then the entire time she was doing her nails she wanted to know where I was and whether or not I was coming back to pay her and wanting to know about our family details and where we live. Then when she was done with her nails she stood over her like a hawk waiting until I got there asking her repeatedly when I was gonna be there. It took me 3 1/2 minutes from the time she called to say she was done to the time I picked her up. When I picked her up she was almost in tears because of the terrible job the woman did on her nails. We left there to go to Walgreens to buy nail polish so she could redo her nails when we get home. And yes, I did tip her with cash, even though now I wish I hadnt. Definitely not going back again.

I’m a person whose very particular about their nails and I’m honestly scared of most of the tools used in a manicure, I also dread small talk. The person who did my mani pedi made the whole ordeal quick and painless! No one tried to get me to put polish on or up sell me at all!!!!!!

After a long morning yesterday at a bad nail place I had to go today and have someone fixed it (they looked VERY bad before and after picture attached) I went to pink and white nails and Tom delivered !!! He was amazing, efficient and friendly! Recommend this place 100%! Thank you Tom!
