Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI booked a full highlight and toner, brought pictures with me for reference and Colette said she understood. I came in with #1, asked for #2, left with #3. Colette not only didn’t do anything I asked for, she has taken almost all of my blonde from me. She has somehow toned my natural hair color darker/warmer, my natural roots are bronze and any remaining blonde is now a dark grey/blue color. When I got home and saw it underneath real lighting, I emailed her to ask for it to be fixed. She booked me for an appointment to do so, but when I thought about having this same person attempt to ‘fix’ my hair, I further expressed my disappointment and concerns and asked for a possible refund instead, which she declined after first cancelling my new appointment. She at that point went from apologetic to telling me that she feels like she did exactly what I asked for so she will not be seeing me and, again, will not be refunding me. I asked if she’d like to see pictures and she declined. I am really disappointed, sad, and I’m out almost $200. She doesn’t mind at all. She claims to stand by her services for two weeks after your visit. She won’t refund me (even a partial refund) because of her time spent. My time was also spent; spent losing all of the blonde progress I’ve made in this past year. My money was spent on services that were absolutely not rendered. My suggestion is that you save your time and your money if you want to be or stay blonde.In response: Why would you charge me $150 if you refused to do a full highlight or refused bleach? If you had refused, it should have been a toner, split end treatment and a trim. Why won’t you do right by me and own up to your mistake and partially refund me for the full highlight at $150 if you state you ‘refused’? I didn’t come in for what I got. I came in to be more blonde and you knew that. You explained to me why you didn’t want to put bleach on one spot only and I agreed.
