Made an appointment for 12/11 and the nail tech had to reschedule me to 12/15. Fine. I totally understand that life comes up and I was absolutely willing to reschedule. But then she cancels on me WHILE I’m driving there. We’re in the nail area waiting on the tech and my wife says to send her a message. I pull out my phone and that’s when I see her text. Horrible way to do business. I also felt discriminated against for being male, but can’t really say for certain. It’s just a feeling I had. You would think we were past all that by now since this is 2020, but we’re also still in the South so what can you do?
