I was going to get a haircut on a Saturday. According to the website they supposed to be open until 5pm. I got there at 930 am and they were closed. A wal mart worker told me that they are only open during the week. Maybe they should update the website unless they just make up their own hours. Horrible business.

My 6 year old daughter was really excited to get her hair cut as it would’ve been her first time ever. Decided to take her to the Walmart salon since I had to get groceries anyway. When we got inside, a lady was in the middle of getting her hair cut so my daughter and I decided to just wait and look at the hair products. A couple minutes later an older woman approached us and very rudely asked, “Can I help you?” to which I asked, “Hi, are you guys still cutting hair?” It was a little after 6 already and according to the website they closed at 7. She said they were pretty booked til closing – still very snide with her response. She acted as if my question was her biggest inconvenience. I was not going to lower myself to her level by being rude back so I simply just turned to my daughter and explained we will have to wait and come back another time. The lady then proceeded to turn to my daughter, snidely say “SORRY,” then walked off. I understand that people have bad days, but she could’ve been a lot more respectful in her interaction with us. I understand they were booked – that’s not the issue I have here. My issue is how disgusting this woman was towards us. There was nothing friendly about her. Perhaps she could use some training in decency and tact, because it is severely lacking. We will never go back.
