Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have had my lashes done before (and worked for a lash studio)… First off: I wanted natural long lashes. The only thing she succeeded in was natural but the length wasn’t there. Also when she was taping me up she made it seem like I was such a burden and that I had to go to sleep. She told me before we started that my fills would be 50 dollars…then when we were done she told me they were 65. She kept trying to up-sale me and seemed very forceful. I thought her approach to customers was rude. I didn’t like my lashes even when she was done but I was so fed up with my experience…all I wanted to do was pay and leave. Then when I paid she yelled at me for my card not going through…me trying to help her and explain that she was inserting it the wrong way. Another VERY invasive thing was when I was filling out her tip receipt she was peering over (practically breathing down my back) to see how much I was going to give her. That was the final straw for me. I left very upset. I called a girlfriend to explain my experience and she told me to call and explain I didn’t like them. The lady yet again yelled at me for not taking the upscale of volume lashes..but again…I’ve had my lashes done before and gotten natural beautiful lashes. I made another appointment (on her time) even though I tried to explain I had somewhere important to be this week and needed them done sooner. I got mad and just complied to her circumstance even though I felt like she was the worst…and rudest lady ever at any nail salon I’ve been to. She then proceeded to tell me I still needed to pay 50 dollars. I have had my lashes done before (and worked for a lash studio)… First off: I wanted natural long lashes. The only thing she succeeded in was natural but the length wasn’t there. Also when she was taping me up she made it seem like I was such a burden and that I had to go to sleep.
